McDonald's All-American High School Basketball Teams spotlight elite high school hoopsters each year. A dozen of the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast's most outstanding players were among the 2006 nominees, following in the footsteps of NBA and NCAA superstars like Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson who also made the team as teenagers.
