 Hi, I'm Carolyn, your McDonald's store manager!  For over 20 years I have loved serving the guests in my McDonald's!  In my McDonald's® the customer is always #1!  We strive in delivering 100% Total Customer Satisfaction!  I have always enjoyed meeting my customers and getting to know them.  The personal connections are what make my job so much fun!

For me, being a McDonald's manager is about serving guests, but also about developing my crew and my managers.  Winning the Outstanding Manager of the Year Award was one of the most fullfilling moments in my career.  I feel most proud when I see that spark of excitement and understanding from my team. That is what being part of the McDonald's team is all about!
