Bike, swim and run your way to fitness. That?s the challenge mini-triathloners from 4-14 take on each year under the City of West Palm Beach?s FitKid Triathlon program. Ronald is on hand to ?coach?, cheer the kids on and entertain. Healthy snacks like McDonald's Apple Dippers and Milk Jugs are ?on the house? for these budding athletes.
