Our McCrew Care insurance has three different plans to choose from to help tailor to your specific needs. We will contribute $10 a month towards your calculated premium.

Since we are open early morning to late at night and one restaurant is a 24 hour operation, we can come up with a schedule to fit your needs. Student's requests are particularly important. We believe in education and that it is very important. We want feedback from parents when scheduling.

All crew will receive a 50% discount on their food while working.

Our training includes state-of-the-art computer based interactive training along with shoulder-to-shoulder training. In addition to the McDonald's Management Development (MDP) program, we have our own in house Introduction to Management Course (ITC). This course is designed to provide entry level management positions to those crew within our organization who qualify to become part of a management team.
