McDonald's training programs offer valuable job skills that provide the opportunity for career advancement. Opportunities include: crew trainer, shift manager and salaried manager. Many of our Owner/Operators and McDonald's staff employees began their careers as crew members.

While you are working, you are eligible to receive employee meals at McDonald's (see manager for details).

Receive a wage review every six months; increase will be based upon performance for the previous six months.
