Description: As an hourly Shift Manager, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Certified Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant after approximately 6-12 months in this program.

Description: As a Salaried Manager Trainee, you will spend up to six months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Second Assistant, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Most trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months in this program. Salary Range for Assistant Managers is $30,000 to $32,500 out of training.

Each SMT is assigned two mentors who will help guide the way to successful completion. A motivated and experienced professional can potentially complete the SMT program in as few as eight months. Salary Range for Store Manager is $40,000 to $60,000 out of training.
