Management Opportunities

Hourly Manager
Description: As an hourly Floor Manager Trainee, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant Manager after approximately 6-12 months in the program.

Salaried Manager
Pay: Depending on Experience
Description: As a Salaried Manager Trainee, you will spend up to six months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to First Assistant Manager, earn a pay increase and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Most trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after 24-36 months in the program.
