McDonald?s Visit: www.mcfun.com Position: The World?s Largest Entertainment McDonald?s® seeks enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to act as a first-class customer service agent and help create an unforgettable dining experience. This position would provide you with a vast knowledge of restaurant customer service and hospitality. This is a FUN opportunity for the right person! Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills and an energetic personality. Self-motivated, outgoing individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual is a plus! Position is hourly. Pay starts at $7.50/hr or higher based on experience. Flexible schedule. Responsibilities Include: * Welcome guests and introduce them to the unique experience of the World?s Largest Entertainment McDonald?s and PlayPlace®. * Act as a customer service agent and handle guest needs. * Conduct in-store sampling with the Bistro Gourmet concept and new products as needed. * Administer customer satisfaction surveys. * Promote birthday parties and group rates when necessary. * Act as an event ambassador to scheduled activity vendor representatives.
