Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant after approximately 6-12 months in this program.

Most trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months in this program. Salary Range for Assistant Managers is $30,000 to $32,500 out of training.
