Salaried Manager Trainee
Hours: Varied
Pay: $26,000 to $30,000 (while in training)
Description: Applications are currently being accepted for this position. As a Salaried Manager Trainee, you will spend up to six months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Second Assistant, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Most trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months in this program. Salary Range for Assistant Managers is $30,000 to $32,500 out of training.
The successful candidate will have-
- At Least 3-5 Years Experience as a Successful Manager preferably in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent References
- Open Availability- (Nights/ Weekends)
- Established Residence in the Tampa Bay Area
- Successful experience managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Description: As an Hourly Shift Manager, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level after successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Certified Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant after approximately 6-12 months in this program.
